Hard Rock
We travelled by boat to various points in the Abel Tasman National Park. A lovely journey. We walked from Tonga Quarry through the bush to be picked up by the boat after 2 hours plus walking. The Kiwis organise this really well. Tonga quarry was a granite quarry from the middle of the 1800s to about 1910. Blocks of it are on the left. It was used to build Nelson Cathedral. You might notice two members of ZZTop taking their rest.
