Interesting day...

My eye was much better this morning but I thought I’d just pop to the pharmacy to get some ointment in case it flared up again.
The pharmacist wasn’t convinced it was conjunctivitis so suggested I ask Specsavers to have a quick look at it first. They were busy so I went to see my optometrist friend at Boots. 
She did an examination, retina photograph, pressure test etc. and said it definitely wasn’t conjunctivitis but my eye that was inflamed. The good news was the pupils were reactive but I needed an urgent referral to the eye specialist; preferably today. I never received a call from the MSG (Medical Specialist Group) so either they didn’t read the email or they don’t think it is that urgent. So we’ll see what happens tomorrow.
Then in late afternoon 5 of us tried the Escape Room in the tower of the Town Church. We escaped with about 6 seconds to spare but we had a fair bit of help from Janice who let us in and stayed with us for  safety reasons. That is something I would definitely like to do again...
