He's the Daddy!

We didn't sleep very well last night due to the 20 mile per hour wind that kept battering the sides of the tent, but apart from that we were very comfortable on the air bed, and the sleeping bags were nice and cosy.

It calmed down this morning and Kate and Martin came to join us for a couple of hours and we sat in the sun chatting. Martin was interested in the tent/awning and helped Alan to dismantle it, and we left about midday. On our way home we stopped off at Firle Beacon to take in the view, but were impressed to see this massive bull with all his heffers!  He was all muscle and definitely the daddy!

We picked the boys up from Charlotte's, unpacked the car,and I made a Sunday roast, but apart from that we've had a lazy afternoon and now we're having an early night!
