Robin Hood's Bay
Another lovely day started before breakfast with a couple of hours on Bempton Cliffs before any other visitors arrived. I can't resist gannet photos so please find them in extras; a portrait, a pair sky pointing, and a general early scene with gannet on the cliff top.
After a quick rest and late breakfast we headed off north in the car to the fabulous view of Robin Hood's Bay from Brow Moor, the main blip. The weather was forecast showers but luckily for us it remained bright so we continued on to Boggle Hole and then up on the moors to enjoy the heather that is just breaking into flower. Back to the cottage nicely worn out !
