"the Easter bunny hop"

Officially my first taste of Easter!!

It was a tough decision between the legendary Creme Egg or the Caramel Easter bunny! But as you can see the Caramel bunny won/lost the battle depending on how you look at the situation!

Today was once again another lazy Saturday - lie in, shopping and a bit of badminton watching! I visited the baking shop in Dundee today - I could actually spend a fortune in there so I have to limit the number of times I allow myself to step inside! However today I was on a mission for red icing and as well as leaving with this, I also picked up a super small rolling pin and a packet of the little umbrellas/parasols that you sometimes see on drinks! You never know - aside from drinks, they might come in handy for a new cupcake design! :)

And so now I find myself with my baking wings well and truly back on, whilst also reminiscing my high school days by watching the epic film that is Schindler's List - a film we watched in History class for GCSE and one which I will never forget. Steven Spielberg at his very best!

Really looking forward to the Ireland/England clash at Lansdowne Road tomorrow! I will never forget the atmosphere inside that stadium, and that was just a World Cup warm up match! The Nations must be surreal! Can't wait to go back, but for now I'll have to settle for the TV coverage...
