Mr Mischief!

I took mum to Sheffield Park today where we met up with Chris and his mum Doreen, who's  staying with him for the week.  Mum's heard a lot about Chris and of course she's seen him on Gogglebox, but it was the first time she's met him. She thought he was lovely, and the two mums got on well too.

We had a lovely relaxing afternoon, with a picnic by the lake where Chris became the duck whisperer - see my extra photo :-)  We also had a video chat with Ibby which was nice as they've both heard about each other, so it was good to finally introduce them.  Chris took over pushing mum in the wheelchair, and typically, he spotted somewhere he shouldn't go lol!

So, France is now on the 'exempt' list, and it's not looking good for our holiday.  We're waiting to see if France retaliates and says that travellers from the UK have to quarantine on arrival in France.  If they do that we'll have to cancel which is a shame as the area we're due to go to has very few cases of Covid.  However, if it's just a case of quarantining on our return back the UK, then it could be possible as we can both work from home.  To be honest though I don't think it'll happen.  On the other hand, Boris is opening up things further here in the UK, so I wonder how much longer it'll be before our cases increase again?
