Helichrysums

These Helichrysums are hanging upside down in the garage drying ready for display with Statice during the winter months and beyond. We have some in the conservatory which have been there a good number of years.

A physically very active day for me and not much less for Susan. We did Joe Wicks HIIT first thing, then I went for a run while Susan went out for coffee at a friend from Rock Choir.

After lunch I went on my bike foraging for damsons and blackberries that we’d spotted earlier in the week on one of our walks. Called in at the allotment to pick raspberries, more dwarf and dinner beans, beetroot and some muscular courgettes.
