sink or swim

Due to a 4 o'clock finish, managed to get a full daylight bike ride home tonight. Was in a bit of a rush to get back, walk the dog and get up to the gym for RPM but made it by the skin of my teeth. I suppose another bonus of the extended daylight hours is that there will be many more opportunities for blipping my muse, Miranda.

Been really hard to resist the lure of running with the 'Pack' tomorrow. There have been messages buzzing back and forth all day long. I know I need to rest up the ankle a bit longer but it is driving me crazy. Just have to work harder on Friday at Super Shona's Splendid Sunday Spin!

Oh and got a ticket for the Champions league game between Celtic and the mighty Juventus. Should be a corking night!!
