Hibiscus buds

Woke up to grey skies.......no sign of the sun whatsoever today, really dreary :-/

Over to meet up with sis, as she has no car this week......she sat in the back despite us haivng seen each other as bubbles.

The traffic was quite busy driving over.....sis had just finished a training session with a young doberman bitch called Nala. There is no mistaking she is a little girl, so pretty!

We did M&S, then back to,the car....then back in for a bite of lunch and a cuppa. Then on to Sainsburys and lastly Home Bargains....masks all round. Think we saw just two people, two too many though, without masks all day.

Left sis's around 3.30.......10 mins into my journey she rang me, Id left my waterproof jacket slung over her chair! An about turn to collect it meant I was 15mins later getting onto the motorway by which time the traffic had started to build.....made it home just after 4.30pm. Similar trip tomorrow morning for a dentist appointment awaits :-(

Ive felt chilly today, stupidly put on a thin blouse as the forecast said it would be warmer than yesterday, what a load of rubbish at was! Changed into a jumper when I got home.

Todays blip is my hibiscus, just starting to bloom......it has lots of buds, keep watering it to make sure they don't drop off. I love seeing,these in full flower in Tenerife.....best make the most of ours as its likely the only one we will get to see this year !!!

Thinking of my friend today, it would have been her daughters 39th birthday <3
