Action shot!

Went to the park today and met Ann's friend, Fiona. She played with me with the ball and thrower. Unfortunately I got a bit tired so I went into the burn for a little cool down and I lost the ball. I opened my mouth while I was resting and it floated off somewhere. I didn't mean to lose it. It just happened. I went back into the burn five times to look for it but I couldn't find it. So that was the end of that game?!

After that we went to the 'Braid Hills Hotel' and sat on their lovely outdoor decking area so that the humans could have a glass of wine. £17.50 was perhaps a bit excessive for two glasses of wine, you could buy three bottles in Aldi for that price but hey ho, at least my human now has someone other than me to talk to.

Thinking about it; even though we had NO income coming in for three months, we weren't actually spending a lot either. Just food shopping, wine & dog food. Ann has probably spent more in the last week going out & about than she did in 3 months during lock down.

BUT..................... Life is not a dress rehearsal. Who wants to have a load of money and just sit in a house talking to themselves or a dog all day long???
