Rule of thirds

Lovely gentle 9 mile walk from Malltraeth through Newborough forest, pines and dunes to Penrhos Beach with the tide out, wide enough to land a jumbo jet on it. We watched a woman and her collie practising tricks, one where she bent over and the dog ran from a distance and leapfrogged her. Very impressive!
I found the perfect picnic spot ( here) and we watched lobster fishing boats, seabirds and a seal whilst sitting at this spot for lunch. Snowdonia is in the far distance, Yr Wyddfa again topped in cloud. We then went onto Llanddwyn Point lighthouse, explored that before retracing our steps. Just what was needed after yesterday’s slog.
