Hiding In Plain View

Generally known as Cuckoo-Pint or 'Lords and Ladies' these plants have been hiding in the undergrowth since the spring hardly noticed.

Now the berries have turned from Green to orange and then Red you can spot them all over the place. All parts of the plant are considered to be toxic, whilst the ripened berries are highly toxic.
