An Exiting Day

A day which I have been looking forward to since 23rd March - a return to K2 and a resumption of swimming.

As part of the Coronavirus control measures K2 is currently only allowing pre-booked individuals into the building. My entry pass (as a coach) has arrived and I'm due poolside for a 'soft start' at 4:30pm this afternoon.

My regular slots will be 6am on Tuesdays and Fridays! That will take some getting used to!
