I’m bored with the whole hive nonsense now. Well fed up might be more accurate, or frustrated. Anyway, I woke with my right hand and arm swelling and new hot spots on my buttocks. But at least my feet are pretty much back to normal so although I can’t sit comfortably, I can now walk and stand!!

My Covid result came in mid morning - negative. Not a surprise but still a relief.

The garage rang as well, thankfully the warranty will cover £1000 of the £2012.28 bill :-O Ouchy!

MrRoly and I walked slowly into town after a phone call from my mum and a WhatsApp telling off from my little brother. I had to pick up more antihistamines and settle a bill at the local sewing shop. Mostly though it was an excuse to get out of the house in the sunshine.

We took our own “Princess Brownies” and had a coffee on the Pier watching the world go by, next time we’ll economise and take our own coffees from home as well! It was nice to bump into some friends but less nice to have to ask them to stay back :-(

It was good to be out but I realised that actually, I’m really not comfortable in town at the moment. Too many people and I probably do need to be cautious for now. Maybe best to avoid the beaches as well and possibly stick to less popular places (are there any in Cornwall?). Oh I bloody hate all of this!!!!
