Mercifully no snow today though an arctic wind (coming in from Siberia apparently, that I CAN believe!), a couple of outbursts of hail, and drizzle off and on. So another walk into Bracondale wood at lunchtime. At present Bracondale has a paucity of 'shrooms - many Jews ears, and a few very small brackets are all that's around - but it still managed to come up trumps with this beautifully coloured and marked curved section of branch. That woodland rarely seems to fail me .....
