Evening

On our daily walk after dinner, continuing the tradition even now Luke has gone. Jess enjoyed a swim and I have been testing out the camera on my new phone. I always prefer a "proper" camera, though.

I've spent some time cleaning Sarah's old bedroom today. I hadn't been in there for months as early December was the last time she visited here. I hoovered up a lot of dead bees, no idea how they get in; there has been a nest in the roof space for over 50 years.

There were also 3 huge spiders! I managed to catch one but the other two are under a heavy chest of drawers so they'll have to stay. I'm sure Sarah won't mind :-)
