Garden Mint

We had a full English breakfast at Polhill garden centre this morning... we had our temperatures taken on entry, gave our details for track and trace purposes, sat outside and were very pleased that the staff appeared to be doing absolutely everything to ensure our safety (and their safety too).

We bought a new parasol for the garden (as we mistakenly left ours out all winter and it rotted) along with a few bits and bobs (including a new game and a jigsaw for L) and this lovely garden mint which I potted this afternoon after our walk in the woods.

I love mint. Having some in the garden always reminds me of my Nan who had heaps of it growing up the wall of her garage - she used to send me out to pick mint for the mint sauce when she made a roast lamb. I could just eat the leaves straight off of the plant!
