Red tape

I had to go to the Social Insurance offices in Paphos today, to get some documents ready for my appointment with immigration on Thursday. Typically of a Cypriot government department, there was much queuing, confusion and stamping (as in rubber stamps, they adore stamping bits of paper here) but there were also little vases of flowers, so it wasn't all bad.
