Good morning and goodnight

Another walk this morning with Mark - I noticed he is moving much better and walking quicker today. Also, I changed his dressing yesterday and was surprised to see no stitches, only steri-strips, and there was me getting excited at the thought of taking some stitches out! The thought of these little flowers opening up to greet the sun always makes me feel happy (easily pleased).
Mark made it upstairs for the whole evening too, so I lit a fire and we ate our dinner upstairs too (Mark standing at the dresser, as sitting is still uncomfortable). For the last few days we've been eating in our bedroom as Mark was only comfortable laying down, and I'd started to feel like we were living in a really tiny bedsit. We also watched Saving Mr Banks, which I really loved, but it's left me with so many questions... I shall have to do some reading up.
