Monday morning up with the lark

Tooli and I rose at 7; smiled at the sunshine and headed out.

To discover it was bright but breezy and cold!!!!!

We cycled / ran to the end of the beach... which was one and a half miles and then we turned and headed back.

Back was more difficult -the wind was against us; heavens but it was exhausting.

Then it was work and I tried to hide as Si was trying to join a training session and internet was not working and he was crashing out and getting madder and madder    Eventually he left and went to the office and worked there.

I worked  away at home and got lots done...

Then Si came home and was happier and we ate dinner together and then all three of us had a nice bimble round the allotment
