Cute little critter

Spotted this little bug on the way back up garden after visiting Barry's progress on the hen house.  It's coming along , a sneak preview in extras! Lots of finishing off still to be done and the forecast is very unsettled for the next few days so it will slow progress. I drove  to Frosterley to pick up essential supplies to set up the hen house when we're ready. They were lovely people and super helpful.
Barry interspersed hen house work with strimming the garden so this afternoon I collected the grass cuttings for the compost bin and became consumed with weed pulling. The ground was so wet they pulled quite easily so it was too good an opportunity to miss although I had planned to do something different! There's always tomorrow.
