A little bit of normal, with the zest of lime
Itsu in Notting Hill reopened today and I got to buy my first takeout lunch since before lockdown.
The addition of lime zest by me is after my last visit to Tokyo.
On arrival I went for Omakase, a meal chosen entirely by the chef and prepared in front of you. One of the first things the chef told me is that I would not see any soy sauce as a seasoning.
He prepared for me many different pieces of sushi, each fish seasoned with something different. Lime zest was one of my favourites.
