90 degrees and climbing

Despite cabin fever I have elected to stay at home today. Temperatures outside are set to blast!

I have insulating blinds in my front south facing room. If I drop them and open the windows at the back I should be able to control the heat.

Failing that I have an old air conditioning unit which is the size of a sideboard and makes a noise like an aircraft taking off.
