"an awful lot of coffee in Brazil"

Well, my amazing weekend had to come to an end at some point, but not before an early morning cooking lesson from Jayney where she made cucumber soup and vegetable curry - and both before we had even had breakfast, which was one again lazy but tasty crepes. The curry and the soup are 2 things which are fool proof meals to make so watch out kitchen..I'm going to give them a go!

My train journey back to Dundee was thankfully less eventful than the journey down on Friday night, apart from a short lived stoppage in Preston! Seeing the Scottish borders by train was also a sight to behold - stunning hills!! :) This lovely coffee was picked up in Edinburgh on the last leg of my journey!!

Once back in Dundee, I wasn't even in the door 10 minutes before the baking cupboard was open and cupcakes were in the oven for the badminton cake sale tomorrow. In 3.5 hours, 48 cupcakes were made - a new record for this baking fairy!! :)

Time for a quick watch of the Superbowl just to say I watched it, but I don't think I'll last very long - I am shattered! Bed soon me thinks....
