Funny word that abandonment . It could mean desolate and alone or it could be in the context of losing yourself in wild abandonment

The jury is still out as to which one it was when out on a windy bike ride today!

All tri disciplines done in training today and feel remarkably fit. Have barely moved for the last 8 hours though but relaxing is an important skill right .... as is overdosing on Crunchies....

Have also been rewatching The Olympics on DVD all weekend . Will the time come when I watch and don't cry ?
