We have a free on line site and this morning I got a mandolin, after disinfecting it, I sliced apples and cucumber. As the previous owner warned, it is very sharp!
For dinner I did sliced aubergine, marinated, and then baked with mozzarella. H said it was the best aubergine he had ever had, but they may be because he was famished after a long off road session with mates in the rain!
