It seems to be a good year for these ox eye daisies, I see lots of them on my early morning walk. I did a bit of gardening and planting out.
I made a veggie flan for dinner with lots of feta on top, and it was the first time I had made pastry with my food processor, it was so quick and easy, and tasted good too.
