I caught the 8 o’clock bus to Reading and then the train so I arrived at 10. Rosie met me and we went for cake and cuppas at Boston Tea Party. We sat in their garden which was hot and sunny. We had a walk down and around the harbour, then made our way to North Street, stopping off a gallery on the way.
We looked at all the new street art that is happening in Bedminster and visited lots of charity shops. We got drinks and sat in Victoria Park and people/dog watched for a while before going to meet Matt and visit their house, for the first time. Then on to the Victoria Park pub for an early dinner (Rosie and I shared a delicious pizza and fries) and too soon it was time for me to catch my train back home. A lovely day.
