2020 Saturday — Illuminated

After our evening meal, Mr. Fun asked if I wanted to go for a drive and my immediate response was “Yes!”

So we took off driving north. We stopped at several places to look back at the pier, the 3 stacks on the power plant, and the rock. When we arrived at the Estero Bluffs, we parked for a moment so I could capture this photo. The pier is no longer in view. I especially like the wooden fence that extends along the bottom of the frame, but you have to look close to see it.

We then continued north past the community of Cambria and toward the small little town of San Simeon to watch the sun go down into the Pacific Ocean. Actually it dropped out of the clouds into the clearing and then back into the clouds. It was all beautiful and then we drove south back to our little house.
