A little stunner

Another wide awake early morning.......and another very windy day!!!

A bit of a nothing day to be honest.......,after breakfast we sat in the,summerhouse with a coffee reading, listening to the radio. Spent ages trying to get a couple of decent photos, waiting for the wind to drop long enough to grap a clear shot.......managed it with this gorgeous geranium, which is a fairly new addition to the border beside our. newest terrace.....it was a cutting from Dunham Massey, that somehow found its way into my pocket last autumn :-0

I made a full english, we had a very late brunch and I part prepared a chicken curry with special fried rice for dinner this evening.

The plan was for our drive to meet up outisde our houses for another Fleming Drive quiz/get together, but because the weather wasnt good we didnt think it would go ahead, but we were wrong ;-)

Took our chairs, table, a bottle of white wine, two glasses, a packet of giant hula hoops and some peanuts out with us.....znd joined all our neighbours for a 90s pop music wuix, followed by a general.knowledge quiz and finally a game of Mr & Mrs ......We came 3rd in the pop quiz, won a bottle of wine, exactly the same as the one we had just drunk ;-) and the. we won,thr general knowledge quiz, 40'questions it was too....so we were well chuffed. See our prize in extras ;-)))

Came in around 8pm, it had gotten so cold, I had three layers on by that time lol....I quickly finished off the curry and rice, then we sat down to catch up on BGT and are mow watching Normsl People, its so good!!!

Time for a brew now before the next episode I think, :-)
