Cooking Day

Friday, Clare home and the start of the run down to Samantha arriving. It’ll be good to have her home and I’ve no doubt it will be good for her as well. Nine weeks without family or friends around her, no physical contact just on-line tutorials, and poor ones at that.
A quiet day for Clare and I just enjoying each other’s company and a book or two, coffee in the garden and the good weather.

Today’s photograph is fifty years old, it’s of three brothers, 16, 14 and 2 years old. We were close then and remain close now.

The beef stroganoff was good!
