Disaster!

After yesterday's 'cuppa' with Alison my vodka bottle had bottomed-out. Fortunately I had another one on standby, so I went to transfer the stopper-cum-measure from empty one to full one. I was too rough, and my trusty gizmo is now an ex-gizmo.

I had two — one for gin, one for vodka — but now what do I do? When I told Carl he suggested the obvious solution: go free-pour, but that could prove dangerous. Maybe my local offie can help out with a replacement. We shall see.
