More florals

Awake around 8, really windy and overcast, so wasn't in any rush to rise or shine today :-/

Fruity breakfast not in the garden......ate it stood up looking out the kitchen window.

Went outside to take down the Union Jack flags tied to our tree in the front garden.....I was bloomin freezin when I came back indoors!

Coffee mid morning, not in the garden, not in the summerhouse, sat in the lounge.....hub was watching the last Star Wars movie :-/ I was catching up with friends on social media, then did some downloading of images. We actually clicked the thermostat on the heating this morning!

Lunch was ham cheese & pickle sandwich for hub, I had the last of my veg tagine with couscous and some chargrilled halloumi on the side.

The afternoon was taken ip with moving an old fridge out of the garage onto the drive, ready for delivery of a new one tomorrow..... and the removal of the old one. A couple of phone calls to check in on friends. Prep for dinner.....a chicken roasting, peeled the potatoes ready for parboiling then roasting, with carrots, green beans and brocolli.

Around 5pm the sun put in an appearance, lighting up the anniversary flowers on the dining table.....still looking pretty good after 10 days!!!

We listened to Boris at 7.......not too drastic immediately thank goodness, more detail tomorrow Im guessing.

Roast dinner was lovely.....followed by a light chocolate mousse. Settled down just in time for Van Der Valk, I do like Mark Warren :-)

Zero exercise today.......I did intend to find a tutorial on You Tube but didnt get to it :-/

Tomorrow is another day.....must get outside dont like this "staying in in" ;-)
