Flat battery

We we t to bed a little earlier, set the alarm for 6.45 as we were scheduled for a delivery between 7-11 today. Typically I was still awake at 4.40 a.m. ......got off after that, to be woken by the alarm, hub got up, left me in bed, only to be woken again at 7.45 when the new fridge was delivered :-/ I eventually got up having had 5 hours sleep......zzzzzz

Brighter today, but still cold and windy. Hub had the fridge unpacked and in place by the time I surfaced.....looks good, shame its in the garage ;-)

Mid morning coffee then spent time in the kitchen whilst hub was listening to the PM.

After lunch we started to put some stuff into the new fridge.....its primarily for drinks, wine, beers wtc. really, plus vegetables and salad stuff, as we get through so much over. week.

I made a chicken lasagne for dinner this evening... a nice change, with a mixed salad.
Ate it whilst listening to Boris, again!

We dragged ourselves out for some exercise having skipped it yesterday......felt better for it.
We did have some sunshine late afternoon and evening.....not sure if ive fulfilled the brief of high key for,todays MM challenge with this shot!

Granddaughter Emily ended up at the local fire station this evening, to have a dress ring cut from her finger....new today, she got it stuck and after 3 hours trying, with one swollen digit, was advised to either go to A&E or a Fire Station. A nice fireman cut it off for her......alls well thankfully! !

After watching some tv.....its going to be an earlier might tonight.
