One of These Things...

...is not like the other. 

John brought this handful of fruit in from the garden and dumped it on the kitchen counter as he is inclined to do, and the Sesame Street song just popped into my head. Amazing that I can still remember it given the fact that Sesame Street is celebrating its 50th year.

There is a correct answer and if I knew how, I would print it upside down at the bottom of the page, but instead I'll try to remember to give it tomorrow, which happens to be Mother's Day here. It's probably no surprise that florists were among the businesses who were allowed to open on Friday, but with major restrictions. 

As far as I can interpret the blizzard of explanation containing a kernel of new information, the switch to a new phase means that certain designated businesses can open, but only if they can provide curbside delivery.

Will, who was supposed to graduate this year and start a job in the fall, is in limbo regarding the job, and will probably have some sort of virtual non-graduation event. The golf courses will be allowed to open with appropriate distancing measures, which will at least get him out of his bedroom....
