Isabella. Am I still four daddy?

A lovely day in the garden with great weather. I had my macro lens on but there was a dearth of appropriate bugs and Isabella was an easy target. In answer to her daily question, yes you are still four Isabella.

In other news...

We have formulated plans to remove the unofficial honey beehive which has been very active for 3-4 years situated in the weatherboarding of our ‘long shed’. My brother is an amateur bee keeper and he will happily adopt the bees once the queen is removed to a temporary hive and (one hopes) the rest will follow her. 

Some destruction to the weatherboarding is inevitable but hopefully the bees will happily relocate to 20 minutes down the road. We will have to see what the government guidelines are on Wednesday to see when it might happen.

Jade made a frankly superb banana cake this afternoon which was not only delicious, light and moist but completely Marina friendly catering for her dairy, gluten, coconut, apple, and egg allergies.
