Posing Partridge
We are frequently visited by Partridge who wander over in pairs or larger groups from the surrounding fields. It’s rare to see their glorious colours as they are normally running away so their grey/brown back is all thats on view. This one was thankfully oblivious and conveniently stepped into a shaft of late afternoon sunlight.
The 1st extra blip is a Starling which I was fortunate to capture through a glass window on Wednesday. The stunning iridescent colours courtesy of 6:00am morning light.
The 2nd extra blip is a squirrel on our courtyard wall taken today just before the Partridge shot
