Wild flower collage

Another really warm day. The mountain is getting very dry and the wild flowers have changed. The early ones like the orchids etc have all dried up now but some lovely new ones have appeared to take their place.. some of them really tiny but beautiful colours. Also loads of tiny red spiders.. as on the top middle photo in the collage.. All too soon spring will be over and the mountain will be dry and bare.
The gradual relaxation of lockdown measures in this country were announced today with effect from next week. An impressive incredibly detailed week by week programme stretching over months, with lots of restrictions on how things will be allowed to function and fines for non compliance. Face masks will now be a requirement not just a recommendation for any enclosed spaces with other people. It was stressed that there can be no going back to pre Covid life. If all goes well, we may be allowed to travel to the village from 18th May onwards.
