It is inspiring. It helps to balance the news. 

This morning Prince Samuel and I went to the golf course park. At the back is an industrial building. Today we went behind it and discovered an entire forest. We walked in the forest and found a cliff. At the bottom of the cliff was a continuation of Rock Creek Park. And there, in the creek, was a heron. Samuel and I sat and watched the heron watching the people on the path. So if you ever feel like someone is watching you....someone might be.
