We Will Never Know

Today should have seen the last match of the season, Falmouth at home to Tiverton instead the lockdown has seen a premature end to the season. Who knows what might have been, we were still in the relegation mix and not certain to escape the drop. The high scores Falmouth achieved in early season matches helped when the formulae used to calculate the final league positions was used - 9th position, safe, we live to fight this league again next season.

It’s great having Joshua home, we will be spending a lot of time in each other’s company over the next fortnight but there’s plenty to do when the weather improves again.

Josh, Gussie and I walked for ninety minutes today, picked up white bread, we’re normally a Hovis House when the kids are away, and pizza for dinner before arriving home to dry off.
