Never too old

for boxes, or bubble wrap, or crazy socks... All of which Katie enjoyed this morning. She did a ballet class with Miss Cara again. She spent time drawing a birthday sign for uncle Simon. She had playtime on the phone with B. She bubblewrapped some more. 

I had some things I needed to get today so took Katie with me to the poundshop and wilko. She didn't enjoy that experience, we have returned back to our arrangement of Katie not coming to the shop when I need to go. It was all just too stressful for her. We dropped the shopping home and she needed to do some big running to burn it all away. We finished the afternoon making a lolly stick rainbow bird house for B! It was a fun little project and I think we will try one for us next.
