Flippen, 82 bpm
Another lunchtime blip! I find that a lunchtime blip helps to get away from the work aspect of working at home and stops be scrolling through news. The sun keeps on peeking out so I thought I'd see if I could increase my speed on Flippen whilst in the garden. I took the opportunity to also set up the tripod and have a mess around with the camera and its auto settings.
It wasn't as warm as it looked in the garden unfortunately, so here's me trying to play a stupidly fast piece at only slightly over half speed with cold fingers, wrapped in a blanket. Also making an appearance are the daffodils, the fedge and some re-potted lettuce. Not in shot is the fat cat who keeping on trying to urinate on my lettuce (that's not what it's there for Stridley!).
Keep practicing everyone, in the immortal words of Eddy Chen, if you're not considerably better at your instrument after lock down, you're not practicing enough.
