Isolation walk

Not a great day today, struggling to sleep at the moment.  When the days don't change that much my head tends to chew them over and I spend all night dreaming about the same thing and not really resting.  We also got some scary news with a good friend being admitted to hospital, but they were released by the end of the day, much to our relief.

Me and the husband were not great company this evening, so we went for a walk.  We choose a route where we didn't see anyone once we'd got past the village houses on the past two occasions, but today saw three whole people on the route.  You might be able to spot one of the other walkers in the blip. Plenty of space to pass people, but I do have to remember to not say hi to people's dogs these days.
