Flower Friday: Tulip

Just after I'd had my shower this morning, Tess reminded me that we were going to try the Joe Wicks workout on YouTube: cue two 60 somethings cavorting about in the living room (curtains drawn, I hasten to add) trying to follow what Joe was doing on the laptop! I needed another shower afterwards but we definitely felt better for it.

Suitably enlivened, we set off to get the weekend shop plus some essentials for our friends Tony& Rosie. They were out tidying their front garden when we dropped their shopping off so we had a bit of a chat before heading back for lunch.

This afternoon, we had a bike ride around our regular Sharpham route, in much warmer sunshine than earlier in the week.

Kate & Sophie have been doing some painting today and Kate has just sent me the photo of Sophie in extras "in case her blip fans were missing her"!
