Sharpham
This morning' entertainment was having a go at making the "Lockdown" beer bread that raine posted a link to recently:

I used self-raising flour (no baking powder) and some well out of date cider and it worked a treat. Very tasty still warm with some cheddar and pickle at lunchtime. All it needed was a pint of beer to wash it down but it's only Thursday, so I restrained myself!
This afternoon's jaunt was a walk across the fields to the bird reserve at Sharpham. The lakes here are old peat diggings that have been flooded. It had clouded over after a bright morning but the sun came out momentarily just as I took this shot.
