Lockdown: Day 7

This morning I turned our assortment of leftover vegetables into a pan of soup. We had some for lunch and I put another 6 portions in the freezer.  

Then our daily mile around the block. We were passed by 5 people. 

I tried to shape/prune the dogwood that I attacked with the loppers a few days ago. A neighbour from over the road stopped on the other side of the hedge to have a chat. She's volunteered her son to do shopping for us if we need it. Back inside I needed a hot mug of tea to help warm me up. The weather has certainly changed.
