Lockdown 3: Day 85

Easing of restrictions: Day 2

A cool, cloudy morning . . . not what was forecast yesterday. It brightened around midday.

We took advantage of the freedom to travel further* and drove to Coniston. After seeing the line of cars parked along the roadside at Skelwith Bridge I was doubtful we would get parked but there was plenty on the main street and a few free (of charge) spaces by the lake. 

Boat hire was open but there wasn’t much activity on the water. I’m sure that will change this weekend.
