Happiness is.....

.....a bar of chocolate!  Who needs the basics like toilet rolls?

Son did deliver milk, bread, fruit and vegetables but this item was very important too.  Have to confess I have already demolished one bar but thankfully there is another in waiting.

Spoke to my sister who is 88 and still going to the local shop every day for her newspaper and 'odds and ends'.  She has young neighbours who have offered to get any shopping she wants.  She and her husband are very independent,  but I told her it would be wiser for her to accept their offer.  Doubt if she heeds my advice!

The sun is shining but a very cold wind when I went for my usual morning walk. Have looked at the local map to see if I can vary my routes and there seems to be a good variety all within a short distance of my house.
