Playtime

Backblip - Went for belated Harvest Supper at Holdenby House where I room sit.  It is a 'thank you' to all the estate and house workers.  Perhaps it should have been called 'Sowing Supper'
Tried to get a picture of the annual sliding down the staircase on an airbed.  I have done it (including last year) a few times and it is great fun and brings out the child in us all.  Did take more pictures but this was the poor best.
Didn't get home until 2 am as very bad accident on the duel carriageway leading to the motorway and I arrived soon after it happened.  Got hemmed in with fire engines, police cars and ambulances and spent 45 minutes surrounded by blue flashing lights and police guiding me to manoeuvre my car to a safe place.  Eventually barriers were moved so held up traffic could get to the motorway by a different route.  
I took a wrong turning among all the road works, but that is another tedious story!!  Not a good way to end a great evening.
