Reflecting

It’s been a funny old day.
Popped round to mum and dads and we had a conversation through the window. I left her present and card on the doorstep.
D had to pop into the office to do some bits so I went for the drive and walked into the city centre while he was busy, expecting a ghost town. I was wrong. Cafes were open, some shops were doing business. The market square was a hive of activity with long queues for fruit and veg. It was very much like a regular day. The river was quiet (see extra)
The children bought me cards and had chosen a bracelet for me all by themselves so that was lovely.

D and the children have cooked roast beef etc and we’re going to play some games after dinner. Who knows what this week will bring.
